Return & Refund Policy

At The Fidget Co. customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or full refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
